Spring Fishing in Grand Marais... or not

Well, I'm sad to say I'm not typing this blog from beautiful Grand Marais, Bill and I had planned to head up to the Great White North yesterday and stay for awhile, but work got in the way... so, in order to cheer ourselves up we went fishing here. It was no Grand Marais (insert kids screaming on tubes and boats everywhere) but we did find the fish and we had a great time...

Happy Birthday Cole

This year Cole's birthday fell on memorial day... Cindi and Trevor had his party the day before and the weather was beautiful... Cole and his buddies had a great time and Lexi was hilarious following them around and trying to be like the big boys... Here are some pics of the fun

Fashion Show

Last week Bill & I attened our first ever fashion show (definatly not the last)... Angela and her friend Miranda are fashion desingers and they were showing off their designs for a fashion show in Holland. Angela and Miranda's dresses were beautiful and as you can see in the pics Lyz was one of the models.

Calling all Builders....

It was a swingset emergency... Lexi and Cole's swingset blew down in the high winds this winter and since spring has officially arrived... it was time for some major repairs. For anyone who has ever watched HGTV - this was a sight to behold....

Natalie Update

Last week I got to see Natalie and Kim - they are both doing very well and happy to be done with the Biliblanket (glowing blanket for jaundice)... after her release from the blanket, we got to eat lunch together then Natalie and I hung out for a minute while Kim did paperwork in HR... Natalie and I tried to fix Kim's computer... she mostly slept while I fixed it :-)
