It seems so long ago, but as they say, good things come to those who wait, and we waited, and we waited, and we mowed, and we watered with the bus, and we waited, and we waited.... while we waited we planted more and the ones Dan didn't plow under grew and grew... and finally we have...

Natalie Update

Last week I got to see Natalie and Kim - they are both doing very well and happy to be done with the Biliblanket (glowing blanket for jaundice)... after her release from the blanket, we got to eat lunch together then Natalie and I hung out for a minute while Kim did paperwork in HR... Natalie and I tried to fix Kim's computer... she mostly slept while I fixed it :-)

It's better to be lucky than good...

While Cindi Trevor and I were partying at the Wings game, Bill was supporting the pheasants - or maybe the pheasants were supporting him. Each year Bill & his posse go to this huge Pheasants are Forever banquet in Lansing, MI. They always have a great time and there are lots of chances to win things (ie, lots of chances to give more money to the Pheasants) This year Bill and his friends were the lucky winners -Bill brought home a Boat, John Weimeister won 3 guns, and Webren won a gun! Bill also won a sweet Double Bow case for travelling, some Gander Mountain Bucks, a new knife and a 1/2 gallon of Crown Royal. The best part is that they were calling Bill's ticket number over and over and he didn't know it ... finally they said over the loudspeaker - Bill Peck please come get your BOAT! Ha - what a crack up...

So... we have a boat for sale anyone need one?

Birthday Hocky!

Friday night we celebrated Trevor's birthday in style at the K-Wings game. While Bill was in Lansing winning Boats and Bow cases (more on that later)... Trevor Cindi and I were at the Wings game drinking dollar beer and eating dollar hot dogs (Ok we didn't have any hot dogs)... Jen Joel and Jadyn came too and we had a great time - the final score was 4-3 Wings. Although, all of us except Trevor spent most of the 3rd period staring at the scoreboard - not because of the score but because Cindi had them put Happy Birthday Trevor up and we didn't want to miss it (Yes... Monkey Boy is 32)
